On the afternoon of January 16, 2025, the Saint-Gobain Joinleader (Anhui) New Materials Co., Ltd. Labor Union, in collaboration with the HR & Administration Department, successfully held the 2025 Frontline Employee Skills Competition, titled "Mastering Adhesive Craftsmanship, Joinleader Leads the Way – Adhesive Expert." This event also marked the launch of the 2025 Skills Competition series. A total of 20 employees from Workshop A1 and B1 participated in the contest, which consisted of a written test and hands-on operational skills assessment. The training aimed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Tekbonds diverse range of products, including silicone, modified silicone, acrylic sealant, white glue, polyurethane adhesive, polyurethane foam, anaerobic adhesive, and self-fusing tape.
