January 15, 2025 – Mr. Xavier Orlhac, AP Adhesives and Sealants and Sustainab Head SGSS, conducted an official visit to Joinleader (Anhui) . Accompanied by Mr. Howard He, General Manager of Anhui Joinleader, Ms. Tina Gan, CFO of Adhesives & Sealants China, and Mr. Kesheng Zhang, Manufacturing Director of Anhui Joinleader, Mr. Orlhac inspected the facility’s newly operational PU/MS/HTV production lines and reviewed progress on the external warehouse relocation initiative, offering high praise for its strategic execution. 

During the tour, Mr. Orlhac engaged in detailed discussions on continuous improvement efforts implemented over the past year, commending significant advancements in production efficiency, equipment upgrades, and quality control systems. He also outlined clear performance targets for further optimizing output across the new production lines. Post-tour, Mr. Orlhac led a comprehensive review of Joinleader (Anhui)’s Quality Management System (QMS) and 2025 operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to align local operations with Saint-Gobain’s global sustainability and innovation objectives.
