During February 24th to February 28th, 2025, Join Leader hosted a training event for distributor partners from Malaysia. The training aimed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Tekbond's diverse range of products, including silicone, modified silicone, acrylic sealant, white glue, polyurethane adhesive, polyurethane foam, anaerobic adhesive, and self-fusing tape. 

Experienced lecturers, such as application engineer Elliott Zheng, product center manager Alisa Yang and application manager Will Wang, led the sessions, making complex material science accessible. Distributors engaged in practical exercises to understand the products' performance and applications better. 

The event also included activities to foster communication and camaraderie, such as Join Leader Anhui factory tour, a visit to Hongcun, and a West Lake boat cruise with tea room experiences. These activities helped deepen mutual understanding and build stronger relationships.
